We appreciate getting a City Wide taxi on Sunday night. We did not book it with our email, just walked out of MSP to the taxi area. This was after a long day traveling by airplane to MSP, that had one stop. We also had trouble going to our family reunion on Friday because that time the airplane had computer issues. We got to City Wide taxi on Sunday night quickly at MSP and appreciated the driver helping us get home without delay.

When we got home, before midnight, we paid the driver in cash, about $34.60 and a $4 tip. At that point we were not sure if that was enough of a tip. At least 10% is o.k., right? The driver said it was o.k. and we left it at that. Today, I really wanted to give the driver a $10 tip and feel bad, because we ran out of cash. So I’m giving you this great, five star, review of City Wide and hope to use your taxi service again.

We used Citywide for a round trip from Eau Claire, WI to the airport. From first emails to final drop-off, everything was excellent!!

Our driver, Bill, was great in communicating with us, responding promptly to texts and calls. He was there to pick us up within minutes after getting our luggage, even after a 1.5 hour flight delay!

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Citywide again and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a private shuttle service!

We traveled from Boston, Massachusetts to Minnesota to visit Mayo Clinic for my dad’s oncology appointment. We used citywide for transport from Rochester Minnesota to Minneapolis airport which was over an hour ride. Our driver Jessie was pleasant and the car was comfortable and clean. Mark was very accommodating to our request as we had some appointment changes. Will definitely use again the future!

We used Citywide to get to and from Minneapolis airport when attending an event in Princeton. It was easy to set up and easy to change when our original flight was cancelled and we had to rebook for a different day. Our drivers each way were prompt, courteous and safe drivers. The driver who picked us up texted a photo of his car and license plate, that made it easy to find him at the busy airport. We had a pleasant and stress free ride direct to our destination. This was so much better than the hassles of rental car lines, figuring out directions and driving on unfamiliar roads. I will use this service again on my next trip to MN.

WOW!! I am thrilled to have found Citywide Shuttle today. They were the only place out of 5 that I called who were able to accommodate me. I couldn’t even get an Uber for the trip I was trying to make.

I called them about 1.5 hours ahead of needing a ride… from Rochester, MN to Elk River, MN!! Mark was awesome, and so is the team. It took them all of 10 minutes if that, to pull together a driver, book the reservation, get my payment info and give me the ETA of the pick up and drop off. The driver, Bill was awesome! He texted me to keep me updated, and was so kind and gracious.

Oh, and did I mention that they came in at a MUCH more accessible rate than anyone else I called?? So much so that I almost thought it was a mistake but it wasn’t.

I never leave reviews. I honestly don’t. Citywide Shuttle is KIND, FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AFFORDABLE, and ON TIME! If you or someone you know needs a ride, I highly recommend them! I am so pleased that I plan to set up rides for my mom through them… and we all know if Mom is happy, then it must be great!!
