Citywide is a pre-scheduled private car service, not an on-demand taxi, Uber, or Lyft service. Our drivers are assigned specifically to reserved trips. They pick up the vehicle at our facility, travel to your pickup location, complete your ride, and return the vehicle afterward.
This dedicated-trip model allows us to provide the reliability, communication, and personal attention our customers expect. Because our service operates differently from an on-demand rideshare, our pricing will also be different.
