We do a big international family trip every year and it helps a lot to be able to rely on Citywide to get us to and from the airport. They are incredibly professional and patient; their vehicles are big and accommodating; we never feel rushed. For us, the cost works out to be roughly the same as parking at the airport – but with much less stress than having to navigate driving before or after long trips. We will keep returning every year. Great transport service to/from MSP / Ely, MN.

Went to canoe for a week in Boundary Waters, Ely, MN. The outfitters offered NO shuttle service to/from MSP airport. It was stressful and time consuming, but was able to find excellent shuttle service with Citywide Shuttle at a reasonable price for 6 people and gear.

Better than expected! Great communication. I was worried because I needed to be picked up around 2 a.m. I worried needlessly. I received a message the day before letting me know he contact me in the morning an hour before arrival. Then the driver showed up on time! Friendly, safe driver. Nice clean vehicle. Would definitely use this service again. Highly recommend.

I had a logistics nightmare of trying to get my daughter from the MSP airport to camp about 1.5hrs away. Mark was great about staying in communication with my daughter and myself. I was nervous about having her travel alone and the ongoing communication with Mark as well as the ability to track the cars with links he provided gave me so much peace of mind.
