From the initial booking to the car ride to Rochester, the experience was excellent. Great initial communication by Mark and very friendly and courteous service by Monty who was our driver. They accommodated some last minutes requirements (i.e. quick stop off to pick up luggage etc). I would highly recommend City Wide for their services.
Excellent service and easy coordination
