Better than expected! Great communication. I was worried because I needed to be picked up around 2 a.m. I worried needlessly. I received a message the day before letting me know he contact me in the morning an hour before arrival. Then the driver showed up on time! Friendly, safe driver. Nice clean vehicle. Would definitely use this service again. Highly recommend.

I had a logistics nightmare of trying to get my daughter from the MSP airport to camp about 1.5hrs away. Mark was great about staying in communication with my daughter and myself. I was nervous about having her travel alone and the ongoing communication with Mark as well as the ability to track the cars with links he provided gave me so much peace of mind. Citywide ride service from Red wing to MSP is SO convenient. I love not worrying about parking or dragging my bags on a shuttle. Booking is easy and communication is great. We plan to use this service a lot.

Ride from MSP to Brainerd Lakes with Kids

CitywideMSP was fantastic! Kent was our driver, and he was communicative and on time. I was traveling solo with our 3 young kids, and he was so helpful! In fact, we got 30 minutes from the airport and I realized we had picked up someone else’s bag. He was so nice, drove us back to exchange it, and watched my kids while I ran back into the airport. I would highly recommend Citywide – we will use them again!!
