Pickup at MSP to Como Park at about 11:30pm July 28, 2024
We appreciate getting a City Wide taxi on Sunday night. We did not book it with our email, just walked out of MSP to the taxi area. This was after a long day traveling by airplane to MSP, that had one stop. We also had trouble going to our family reunion on Friday because that time the airplane had computer issues. We got to City Wide taxi on Sunday night quickly at MSP and appreciated the driver helping us get home without delay.
When we got home, before midnight, we paid the driver in cash, about $34.60 and a $4 tip. At that point we were not sure if that was enough of a tip. At least 10% is o.k., right? The driver said it was o.k. and we left it at that. Today, I really wanted to give the driver a $10 tip and feel bad, because we ran out of cash. So I’m giving you this great, five star, review of City Wide and hope to use your taxi service again.

Our driver, Bill, was great in communicating with us, responding promptly to texts and calls. He was there to pick us up within minutes after getting our luggage, even after a 1.5 hour flight delay!
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Citywide again and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a private shuttle service!

We traveled from Boston, Massachusetts to Minnesota to visit Mayo Clinic for my dad’s oncology appointment. We used citywide for transport from Rochester Minnesota to Minneapolis airport which was over an hour ride. Our driver Jessie was pleasant and the car was comfortable and clean. Mark was very accommodating to our request as we had some appointment changes. Will definitely use again the future!

Driver picked up my mother from MSP. They had a little trouble finding eachother but driver was persistent and managed to find her. She told be she had a great relaxing ride after a long flight. Excellent service!
