Citywide never disappoints. From making my reservation to my actual ride the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. I had to change the time of this last trip and it could not have been smoother. My flight was delayed by 4 hours and my ride was waiting for me when the plane landed. I can’t say enough about the great service.

Our drivers both ways were very professional. On time to pick us up and called the day before to clarify address. Our driver that picked us up at Terminal 2 on Sunday evening at 11:30 p.m. ended up waiting an extra hour and a half for our delayed flight. It didn’t seem to be an issue for him. We were very appreciative.
