We’ll schedule a precise date and time to pick you up from your residence, hotel, or place of business, providing direct transportation to the airport. Rest assured, we only make stops that you request, ensuring your ride is entirely private.

For airport departures, you’ll receive a text notification 60 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time, confirming that both your flight and our service are on time.

If you’re being picked up from the airport, we’ll monitor your flight status and be there promptly upon your arrival to drive you directly home. Say goodbye to shared van rides after long flights.

In case your flight is early or delayed, our ride will adjust accordingly to meet you upon your arrival.

When you retrieve your luggage at the baggage carousel, simply turn around and look for the closest exit door—that’s where we’ll be waiting to pick you up. No need to haul your bags across the airport in search of your ride.

As an added convenience, you’ll receive an email the day before your scheduled pick-up to confirm your reservation. If you haven’t received this email, please contact us via email, text, or phone to ensure there are no issues with your reservation.

For additional stops beyond the initial pick-up, such as for family members, there will be an extra $10.00 fee per stop, provided they are within the same general area or along the route.

Children and infants are charged at the same rate as adults, while pets ride for free!

If you require booster seats or infant car seats, we offer them for rental at $10.00 per seat. Alternatively, you can bring your own, and we’ll store them free of charge until your return ride.

Our shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our phone lines are only open from 8 am to 8 pm every day of the week, Monday through Sunday.

Cancellation Policy

Very Important: Cancellations can only be made between the hours of 8am and 8pm CST. 
Any un-used portion of your ride that has been canceled with 4 hours or more prior to your scheduled pickup date/time is 100% refundable. If we are on our way or have arrived, or if your cancellation notice came in after hours there is no refund. If there are more than 5 riders or your pickup location is more than 3 hours from the MSP airport, the cancellation time frame moves up to a 24 hour notice. If you have canceled a ride in the past and received a refund, any further cancelations paid out will be less a 4% fee which is what I am charged for your cancellation by my credit card processing company.

Add-On Options:

• Bottled Water (Complimentary if requested in advance)
• Coffee or Tea ($3.00 per cup if ordered in advance)
• Soda or Flavored Water ($2.00 per bottle if ordered in advance)

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at no additional charge. You are not required to cage or restrain them, but please be aware that you are responsible for any liability and cleanup charges, including loss of revenue if professional cleaning of the car is necessary.

Bad Weather Reservations:

In the event of inclement weather such as a snow or ice storm, there may be up to a 60% price surcharge to account for the additional travel time expected. However, rides paid for in advance before any known storms are not subject to this surcharge.
