I highly recommend Citywide! I hired them for a round trip to and from Terminal 2 for 8 passengers and all our luggage. The driver brought a spacious passenger van to accommodate everyone and even towed a trailer for all our bags. It was far more affordable than parking two cars at the airport for the week and, honestly, so much more convenient and faster with the door-to-door service. I’ll definitely be using Citywide for all my future family trips. Thanks again!

I booked Citywide Shuttle Service because I wanted a reliable and comfortable door to door service, and that’s exactly what I got! Communication was key, I received my itinerary minutes after I booked, texts messages to confirm my booking, and detailed emails with instructions so I knew exactly where I was going to be picked up. The ride from the airport to our destination was very relaxed. The time flew by thanks to the wonderful conversations with Jack. I think I’ve found my black car service.

We recently used Citywide for a ride to MSP. They arrived at our home at the scheduled time, packed up our assorted baggage and we arrived at the airport as scheduled. And at the drivers direction we went directly to handicap services. I did not know that was available! Great service from Citywide, I would absolutely recommend them.

They arrive for pickup when they promise, and they are always waiting for us at the airport when we arrive back home. We appreciate getting a City Wide taxi on Sunday night. We did not book it with our email, just walked out of MSP to the taxi area. This was after a long day traveling by airplane to MSP, that had one stop. We also had trouble going to our family reunion on Friday because that time the airplane had computer issues. We got to City Wide taxi on Sunday night quickly at MSP and appreciated the driver helping us get home without delay.

When we got home, before midnight, we paid the driver in cash, about $34.60 and a $4 tip. At that point we were not sure if that was enough of a tip. At least 10% is o.k., right? The driver said it was o.k. and we left it at that. Today, I really wanted to give the driver a $10 tip and feel bad, because we ran out of cash. So I’m giving you this great, five star, review of City Wide and hope to use your taxi service again.

We used Citywide for a round trip from Eau Claire, WI to the airport. From first emails to final drop-off, everything was excellent!!

Our driver, Bill, was great in communicating with us, responding promptly to texts and calls. He was there to pick us up within minutes after getting our luggage, even after a 1.5 hour flight delay!

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Citywide again and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a private shuttle service!

We traveled from Boston, Massachusetts to Minnesota to visit Mayo Clinic for my dad’s oncology appointment. We used citywide for transport from Rochester Minnesota to Minneapolis airport which was over an hour ride. Our driver Jessie was pleasant and the car was comfortable and clean. Mark was very accommodating to our request as we had some appointment changes. Will definitely use again the future!

We used Citywide to get to and from Minneapolis airport when attending an event in Princeton. It was easy to set up and easy to change when our original flight was cancelled and we had to rebook for a different day. Our drivers each way were prompt, courteous and safe drivers. The driver who picked us up texted a photo of his car and license plate, that made it easy to find him at the busy airport. We had a pleasant and stress free ride direct to our destination. This was so much better than the hassles of rental car lines, figuring out directions and driving on unfamiliar roads. I will use this service again on my next trip to MN.

Appreciate our driver, Bill, waiting for our midnight arrival! He had water and snacks waiting which we really appreciated. We had traveled all day with a couple of issues so we were tired and hoping there wouldn’t be any on this last leg and there weren’t! Appreciate his promptness and communication!
