Mark, our driver was very easy to do business with for our rides to and from the airport. Communications was excellent confirming pickup times, arriving early and being patient with us as we dealt with so luggage service and a lost bag. Mark was friendly and enjoyable to work with. Thank you so much for a superior experience that was more cost effective and service oriented that Lyft or Uber.

This service was very professional. The arrival time of my fkight had changed since I booked the shuttle. I did not forward that change. I called when I collected my luggage. They were very hel;pful and responsivewhen I called. They gave me a time when I should expect the shuttle to arrive. They arrived sooner than promised.

The ride of 2 hours was comfortable. When we arrived, it was raining and nobody was to be found . Mark was helpful in locating someone to check me in.

We’ve used Mark, of Citywide Shuttle Service numerous times over the years when we’ve vacationed. As soon as we book flights, we call Mark to book our shuttle times. We’ve traveled in groups of 4, 6, 8 and 10 at various times, all of which were easily handled by Citywide. In each instance, Mark would establish individual pick up times as needed for us all, and would notify us an hour before the first one to be picked up, letting us know that he was on his way and on time.

Returning home was just as easy. Mark monitors your flight. Once you have landed and have picked up your luggage, you call him and he’ll tell you which door to be picked up at and when.
