Citywide Zone 4 Private Ride

We will arrange a specific date and time for your pick-up from your home, hotel, or business, providing direct transportation to the airport. Rest assured, the only stops made will be the ones you request. Our service is exclusively private, ensuring that your ride is not shared with anyone else.

For airport departures, you will receive a text message 60 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time, confirming that your flight is on schedule and so are we.

Upon your arrival at the airport, we will monitor your flight status and be there promptly to drive you directly to your destination. No longer will you need to endure a shared van ride after a long flight. We understand the importance of privacy and convenience, especially after a lengthy journey.

If your flight is early or delayed, our ride will be there when you arrive.

When you pick up your bags at the baggage carousel, turn around and look at the closest exit door to you and that is where we pick you up. No need to lug your bags to another part of the airport to find your ride.

Your ride includes an email the day before your scheduled pick up to verify you are scheduled. (If you don’t receive this email, you need to contact us by email, text or phone to be sure nothing went wrong when your ride was reserved)

For additional stops beyond the initial pick-up, such as for picking up family members, there is an extra $10.00 fee per stop, provided that the stops are within the same general area or along the route.

Children and infants are charged at the same rate as adults, while pets ride for free!

For booster seats and/or infant car seats, there is a $10.00 charge per seat rental. Alternatively, you can use your own seats, and we will store them free of charge until your return ride.

Please note, our shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our phone lines are only available for inquiries from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Cancellation Policy

Very Important: Cancellations can only be made between the hours of 8am and 8pm CST. 
Any un-used portion of your ride that has been canceled with 4 hours or more prior to your scheduled pickup date/time is 100% refundable. If we are on our way or have arrived, or if your cancellation notice came in after hours there is no refund. If there are more than 5 riders or your pickup location is more than 3 hours from the MSP airport, the cancellation time frame moves up to a 24 hour notice.  If you have canceled a ride in the past and received a refund, any further cancelations paid out will be less a 4% fee which is what I am charged for your cancellation by my credit card processing company.

Are Pets Allowed

Pets are welcome at no additional charge.  You do not have to cage or restrain them but you are responsible for any liability and / or cleanup charges including loss of revenue if I have to take the car down for professional cleaning.

Bad Weather Reservations

In the event that your ride is scheduled during inclement weather conditions, such as a snow or ice storm, there will be a surcharge of up to 60% to account for the anticipated additional travel time. However, rides paid for in advance before any known storms are not subject to this surcharge.
